  • Mounjaro helps your body feel fuller for longer and supports healthier blood sugar levels. It works by targeting natural hormones that manage appetite and digestion—making it easier to eat less, feel satisfied, and stay on track with your goals.

  • It’s a once-a-week injection you can do at home using a simple pen device. Most people start on a low dose, which is slowly increased over time to suit your body’s needs.

    You’ll inject it just under the skin—usually in the stomach area (don’t worry, we’ll show you how). We also recommend rotating the spot each week to keep things comfortable.

  • Some people may experience mild nausea, indigestion, or changes in digestion like constipation or diarrhea—especially in the early weeks. These usually ease as your body gets used to the treatment.

    Serious side effects are rare, but if you notice things like a severe rash, swelling, or difficulty breathing, it’s important to seek medical help straight away.

    Don’t worry—we’ll go through everything in more detail if you’re approved for treatment and choose to move forward.

  • Mounjaro may be suitable if you’re over 18 and either have type 2 diabetes or a higher BMI with weight-related health concerns. You’ll be assessed by our GMC-registered doctor to make sure it’s the right fit for you.

    Who shouldn’t take it?
    Mounjaro isn’t suitable for those with a history of thyroid cancer, pancreatitis, or allergies to tirzepatide. It’s also not recommended if you're pregnant or breastfeeding.
